Favourite Bill Payment

One-time bill payment with JomPAY is only available on OCBC Internet Banking.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account. Click on "Payment & transfer", then click on "Pay Bills".

Click on "Pay a JomPAY bill" on the left menu.

Enter Biller Code*, Ref-1* and Ref-2* (if needed). Complete the required fields and click "Next".
*Information can be obtained form your invoice/bill.

Review the details. For verification, enter your 6-digit OTP retrieved from OCBC OneToken, then tap "Submit".

Your payment is done.

Favourite bill payment with JomPAY is available for both OCBC Internet and Mobile Banking.

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on “Pay & Transfer”.

Tap on “Bills”, then “Bill payment”.

Select your account and registered biller. Then complete the required fields and slide to submit payment.

Review the details and tap on "Confirm payment".

Your payment is done.

Log in to your OCBC Internet Banking account. Click on "Payment & transfer" > "Pay Bills" > "Manage biller" > "Pay to add new JomPAY biller".

Enter Biller Code*, Ref-1* and Ref-2* (if needed). Complete the required fields and click "Next".

Review the details. For verification, enter your 6-digit OTP retrieved from OCBC OneToken, then tap "Submit".

Once payments is done, click on "Add Billers as Favourite". Enter a nickname and key in your 6-digit OTP retrieved from OCBC OneToken. Then, tap "Submit".
