Fulfil your banking needs wherever you are

Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.

Go to “Your accounts” > “Documents”.

Select "View Documents" on the left menu.

Click on Statements and/or Letters to view. You can filter your Statements/Letters by “Type” or “Dates”.

Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.

Go to “Your accounts” > “Documents”.

Select "Manage Documents" > on the left menu > "Statements".

Choose the mode of receiving your Statements – via “Online Banking” or “Online Banking and Email”. Note: If email address is incorrect, click "Not the correct details?" to update

Toggle the on or off button for the account(s) you wish to receive Statements.

Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.

Go to “Your accounts” > “Documents”.

Select "Manage Documents" on the left menu > "Letters".

Choose to receive your Letters via “E-mail” or “Mail” by toggling the on or off button. Note: If email address is incorrect, click "Not the correct details?" to update

Log in to your account via OCBC Internet Banking.

Go to “Customer service” > “Change Documents Password”.

Key in and confirm your new Documents password, click “Submit”.

Key in 6-digit OTP code* and click “Submit”. *Retrieved via OCBC OneToken

Your Documents password is successfully changed. Note: The new password will be applicable to all Documents received from the day the new password was set. The old password will be applicable to all previous Documents

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on “More”.

Select “Documents” and view your documents in statements or letters form

You can filter the documents by product type and/or date range.

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on “More”.

Select “Documents” > “Manage” > "Update preferences".

Choose the preferred way to receive your documents.

Log in to your OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and tap on “More”.

Select “Documents” > “Manage” > "Change password".

Enter an alphanumeric password with a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters. OCBC OneToken is required to complete this action.

Go to www.ocbc.com.my/eStatements, enter all required details and click “Next”.

Select “Subscribe to email e-Statement” and click “Next”. If your e-mail address is not updated, click “Not the correct details” to update.

Accept the terms and conditions.

Subscribe to e-Statements for all your accounts and receive them through email.

You have successfully subscribed to e-Statement.

Go to www.ocbc.com.my/Letters and enter all required details.

Enter the security check code and click “Next”.

Toggle on “Email” to receive Letters via e-mail. If your e-mail address is not updated, click “Not the correct details” to update.

You have successfully subscribed to electronic letters.
