The interest rate for this account are subject to revision in tandem with general direction of interest rates.
The interest is compounded on daily rate, subject to:
- the minimum balance* being maintained in the account;
- the currency being interest bearing and credited at the end of the month.
*The minimum balance is the same as the initial deposit.

Enjoy a waiver of the USD20 Half Yearly Service Charge* when you perform an accumulated foreign currency conversion equivalent to RM50,000 and above via our convenient Online Foreign Exchange service.
*The Half Yearly Service Charge will be charged at every 30 June and 31 December, regardless of the account opening date. To be eligible for the waiver for each account, you must meet the foreign currency conversion equivalent to RM50,000 and above for each corresponding period: (1) from 16 December to 15 June for the charge on 30 June; (2) and from 16 June to 15 December for the charge on 31 December.

PIDM disclosure
This deposit is protected by PIDM up to RM250,000 for each depositor.
- Deposit protection is automatic.
- PIDM protects depositors holding deposits with banks.
- There is no charge to depositors for deposit insurance protection.
- Should a bank fail, PIDM will promptly reimburse depositors over their deposits.
