Medical assistance services
Aspire ("Service Provider") is the service provider of this travel insurance. Services provided hereunder are rendered on a world-wide basis and only applicable for Cardholder's travel outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence for periods not exceeding 90 consecutive days per trip.

Telephone Medical Advice
Service Provider will arrange for the provision of medical advice to the Cardholder over the phone.

Medical Service Provider Referral
Service Provider shall provide the Cardholder,upon request, with the name, address, telephone number and, if available, office hours of physicians, hospitals, clinics, dentists anddental clinics (collectively, “Medical ServiceProviders”).

Arrangement of Hospital Admission
If the medical condition of the Cardholder is of such gravity as to require hospitalisation, the Service Provider will assist such Cardholder with the hospital admission.

Guarantee of Medical Expenses incurred during Hospitalisation & Monitoring of Medical Condition during Hospitalisation
Service Provider will, subject to first securing payment from the Cardholder through the Cardholder’s credit card or from the funds from the Cardholder’s family, assist the Cardholder by guaranteeing on behalf of the Cardholder medical expenses incurred during a Cardholder’s hospitalisation.

Arrangement of Essential Medicine, Medical Supplies or Medical Equipment
Service Provider will arrange to have delivered to the Cardholder essential medicine, drugs, medical supplies or medical equipment that are necessary for the Cardholder’s care and/or treatment but which are not available at the Cardholder’s location. The delivery of such medicine, drugs and medical supplies will be subject to the laws and regulations applicable locally.

Arrangement of Emergency Medical Evacuation
Service Provider will arrange for the provision ofair and/or surface transportation, medical care during transportation, communications and all usual ancillary services required to move theCardholder to the nearest hospital where appropriate medical care is available.
Service Provider will arrange for the provision of appropriate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medical escort crew.

Arrangement of Emergency Medical Repatriation
Service Provider will arrange for the return of the Cardholder to the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence following the Cardholder’s emergency medical evacuation and subsequent hospitalisation outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence.
Service Provider will arrange for the provision of appropriate communication and linguistic capabilities, mobile medical equipment and medical escort crew.

Arrangement of Repatriation of Mortal Remains
Service Provider will arrange for the transportation of the Cardholder’s mortal remains to the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence or, if requested by the Cardholder’s family, arrange for local burial at the place of death, subject to any govern mental regulations.

Arrangement of Compassionate Visit
Service Provider will arrange for one return airfare for a relative or a friend of the Cardholder wishing to join the Cardholder who, when travelling alone, is hospitalised outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence.

Arrangement of Return of Minor Children
Service Provider will arrange for one-way airfares for the return of minor children (aged 18years old and below, unmarried and in school) to the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence if they are left unattended as a result of the accompanying Cardholder’s illness, accident or emergency medical evacuation. Anescort will be provided, when requested.

Arrangement of Accomodation
Service Provider will arrange for the hotel accommodation of the Cardholder’s companionwho is visiting the Cardholder whilst the Cardholder is hospitalised outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence.

The Services provided hereunder are rendered on a world-wide basis and only applicable for cardholder's travel outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence for permits not exceeding 90 consecutive days per trip.

Inoculation and Visa Requirement Information
Service provider shall provide information concerning visa and inoculation requirements for foreign countries, as those requirements are specified from time to time in the World Health Organisation's website or published information which the Service Provider deems relevant. This information will be provided to the Cardholder at any time, whether or not the Cardholder is travelling or an emergency has occured.

Interpreter Referral
Service Provider will provide the names, telephone numbers and, if possible and requested, hours of opening of interpreters’ office in foreign countries.

Lost document advice & assistance
Service Provider will assist Cardholders who have lost important travel documents (e.g. passport,credit cards) while traveling outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence by providing instructions for recovery or replacement.

Legal Referral
Service Provider will provide the Cardholders with the name, address, telephone numbers, if requested by the Cardholder and if available, office hours for referred lawyers and legal practitioners. Service Provider will not give any legal advice to the Cardholder.

Emergency Translation Assistance
In the event of an emergency situation, and where available, Service Provider will provide telephone translation assistance through its concierge centre network.

Emergency Document Delivery
Service Provider shall assist the Cardholder to arrange for emergency document to be delivered to the Cardholder’s friend, relative or business associate, upon the Cardholder’s request to do so.

Arrange Transportation and Accomodation for Accompanying Family Members
Service Provider will coordinate emergency travel arrangements for family members who accompany a hospitalised Cardholder.
