Launch the OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app and log in to your account.

Tap on the menu and select "Card Services".

Choose "Set PIN" and select OCBC Premier Debit Card/-i to set PIN. Key in your new 6-digit PIN and click "Submit".

Click on “Tap to reveal!” on screen to reveal the One Time Password (OTP). Key in the OTP.

You have successfully set you PIN and your OCBC Premier Debit Card/-i is now auto-activated.

INTERNET BANKING

For existing Internet Banking users, please login to your account to continue.

Go to the "Customer Service" tab and, under "Cards", click "Set PIN".

Select "Debit Card" from the drop down list and click "Next".

Key in your new 6-digit PIN, confirm your new 6-digit PIN and click "Next".

Launch OCBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to get the One Time Password (OTP), then enter the 6-digit OTP code and click "Submit".

You have successfully set you PIN and your OCBC Premier Debit Card/-i is now auto-activated.

Self-service phone banking

Set a PIN for your OCBC Premier Debit Card/-i to auto activate it before you start spending

Go through a seamless self-service phone banking process that is avaliable to you 24/7 by following a few simple instructions. Call the OCBC Contact Centre at +603 8317 5000 to activate and set a PIN. Please follow the easy self-service banking instructions.
