Via online / mobile banking

1. Go to https://internet.ocbc.com.my/internet-banking/
2. Click “Apply now”
3. Fill up the form and submit

1. Login to online banking.
2. Click “My Profile”
3. Select “Personal Particulars”.
4. Enter details you would like changed (fields left blank will not be changed).
5. Click “Preview” to proceed.
6. Check that your details are correct.
7. Click “Submit”.

Online / mobile banking is free of charge. However, standard transactional fees for some banking services may apply.

2. Scroll to "My Profile" and "Change Mailing Address"

Don't have online banking? Apply with your ATM card number and PIN

To apply for online banking, you should be an existing card holder of an OCBC credit card, or have at least one of the following OCBC accounts:

1. Savings account
2. Current account
